CULTURAL EXCHANGE ENTHUSIAST, TRAVELER, PURSUER-OF-QUESTIONS-NOT-PATHS

My goal: combine my strategic design and facilitation skills to co-create solutions that empower us all.

As a daughter-of-immigrants-turned-ethnographer, I developed a unique perspective for understanding ideas through their cultural contexts — a foundation that informs all my design work today.

Over the past 5+ years, I've leveraged this human-centered approach to create impactful digital products and services through end-to-end UX/UI design, strategic research, and collaborative facilitation.

My expertise spans designing inclusive financial platforms for underserved communities, facilitating cross-cultural workshops that transform stakeholder insights into actionable solutions, and leading design systems implementation across complex products.

My sweet spot: bridging high-level product strategy with on-the-ground user needs, while guiding cross-functional teams through the design thinking process. Whether I'm crafting a fintech interface or facilitating a service design workshop, I'm passionate about creating experiences that truly serve people where they are.
