As a daughter-of-immigrants-turned-ethnographer, I realized early on the value of understanding ideas from the lens of their unique cultural contexts.

Over the past 6 years, I’ve used this human-centered approach to help organizations serve their stakeholders through in-depth research, organizational strategy consulting, facilitation, and service design.

Before transitioning to UX design, I worked in change management consulting and market research, helping companies redesign employee experiences and innovate services based on their communities' unique contexts.

My background allows me to balance strategic organizational goals with the granular needs of those being impacted.
