about me
I help individuals / organizations better understand themselves and their contexts so they can adapt to change.
As a daughter of immigrants turned ethnographer, I realized early on the value of understanding ideas from individuals’ unique cultural contexts to appreciate their nuances.
Over the past 6 years, I’ve used this human-centered approach to help organizations better serve the needs of their stakeholders through in-depth research, org strategy consulting, facilitation, and service design. Recently, I was a Strategy & Design Fellow at a social impact consultancy, where I was responsible for designing new nonprofit programs, internal service flows, a product MVP, and more.
My goal: combine my strategic and design skills to create services & products that improve equity and empathy for all.
When I’m not designing, you can find me:
Trying to summit peaks and cross valleys in my trusty Tevas
Facilitating cross-cultural dialogues for students across 5 continents
Leading a new exchange program between youth in US, Nigeria, and Indonesia
Planning my next cross-hemisphere trip
